Vari-depth cardboard boxes are lightly pre-scored at certain heights enabling users to trim down the corners of the box and fold down the sides to create a cardboard box with a reduced depth.
The trimmed sides are used to provide a secure overlapping flaps over the top of the cardboard boxes. Vari-depth cardboard boxes are great for saving on cushioning and voidfill materials where some products don't fill the cardboard boxes, but others do.
Vari-depth cardboard boxes are available as follows in single and double wall options.

EcoBoxes require less corrugate material during the manufacturing process, making EcoBoxes a cost effective alternative to double wall boxes whilst maintaining the strength of a double wall box.
EcoBoxes require 3.39 m2 of paper to manufacture 1 m2 of board, compared to double wall boxes which require 5.68 m2 of paper per 1 m2 of board.
Whatever the size of your double wall box, EcoBoxes consistently outperforms during compression and puncture tests.
The number of EcoBoxes per pallet compared to double wall boxes is greatly increased from 360 to 640 boxes per pallet, saving valuable storage space*.
CO2 emissions caused through transportation of EcoBoxes are heavily reduced than their double wall equivalents by 56%.
The CO2 emissions from transporting double wall boxes are 4.356 kg per 1000 cartons, per 100 km. This level drops to 2.44 kg per 1000 cartons per 100 km when transporting EcoBoxes.

Book packs are ideal for shipping solid flat items like books. Book packs fit tightly around books and require no additonal wrapping or packaging.
Book packs are size adjustable to accommodate books (or similiar items) in a variety of sizes. Multiple books can be securely packed in each book pack.
Book packs are easy to use, simply lie on a flat surface, place the book(s) in the centre and fold the book pack (along pre-creased lines) around the book(s). A strong peel-and-seal closure strip wraps around the pack to securely seal it.
